Christmas Deliveries

If you would like to guarantee that your order arrives before Christmas, use our 'Speed Service'. With this service your order will be sent via courier and should arrive within 48hrs. The cost of this service is £8 and this will be added to your bill at the checkout

Normal Deliveries

We are currently able to offer FREE delivery on all of our products over £20!! We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days and send all our parcels via First Class Royal Mail. You should receive your parcel within 5 working days (please allow more time during busy periods such as Christmas). The usual price for this delivery option is £4.50, but for the current period we are able to offer the service for free!

Processing Orders

When you place an order, we will email you to confirm the order. When we have dispatched your items we will email you again with an estimated delivery time.

If an item is out of stock, or we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you via email, and either let you know when the item will be available or offer you a full refund.

Returns

If you have any problems with your order once you have received it, just notify us in writing and return the items within 7 days and we will give you a full refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
